04/02/2026 - Beautification Project

District staff transformed the office building landscape from bare sand and dirt into a fully landscaped space. The team selected water-efficient plants, installed new vegetation and an irrigation system, and significantly enhanced the overall appearance of the District’s office frontage.

Naturally, most people assume green on a pond is algae, but often the green on top of your water is actually "Duckweed". Also known as duck's meat or water lentil, duckweed is actually tiny, free-floating native plants.
